Structural Design Engineer Offshore
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy – Netherlands, Zuid-Holland, The Hague
As a result of our rapid growth we are looking for a structural design engineer for our “primary structures” team. For our offshore projects, the team is responsible for designing project specific wind turbine towers and foundations, focusing on the primary (load carrying) structure. The team handles not only the structural design, but also the drawings, production specifications, assesses any production deviations and is involved in new technology development. The team has a presence in Den Haag (NL) and Hamburg (DE). We invite you to join our team from either these locations or Vejle (DK). Occasional (international) travel may be involved for project meetings.
Two GE Renewable Energy Graduate Programmes
GE Renewable Energy – Germany, Salzbergen
GE Renewable Energy – France; Various locations in France (Grenoble,Nantes pour GE REN et Buc pour GE HC)
EEDP (Edison Engineering Development Program) is the oldest graduate program within GE. The job itself consists of four 6-months engineering rotations within the GE Renewable businesses (Offshore, Onshore, Hydro). The rotations allow for free mobility within Europe and an opportunity to gain knowledge in several technical departments along the way.
First rotation in GE onshore in Salzbergen (first year ever) or France (Hydro or Offshore Wind) -general application for the whole France (Including GE Power) (EU work permit is a must.)
Direct listings for GE Renewable-EEDP positions in US, Spain, India, China (potentially Denmark too) will come later.
