For our Blade Technology, Tool and Validation team we are looking for a highly skilled composite expert. The Blade Technology, Tool and Validation team works on cutting edge technology in an international environment.
The job will expose you as an engineer to a wide range of tasks allowing personal and technical growth and achieving a deep understanding of wind turbine blades.
The Blade Technology, Tool and Validation team is part of the Blade Structural Design Department which is responsible for the design of new blades, development of core technologies, support to factories and warranty case handling.
The PhD project is part of the ‘Reliablade’ consortium. It will be carried out together with Risø DTU National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy where you will spend 25% of your time.
Structural Design Engineer Offshore

As a result of our rapid growth we are looking for a structural design engineer for our “primary structures” team. For our offshore projects, the team is responsible for designing project specific wind turbine towers and foundations, focusing on the primary (load carrying) structure. The team handles not only the structural design, but also the drawings, production specifications, assesses any production deviations and is involved in new technology development. The team has a presence in Den Haag (NL) and Hamburg (DE). We invite you to join our team from either these locations or Vejle (DK). Occasional (international) travel may be involved for project meetings.
